You mean PGD, right?
If yes, then she has nothing to worry about (especially if it is in same field she got her HND in).

No just diploma she can’t go for PGD BECAUSE her highest educational qualification is HND ...what can she do ?? Or is possible to get a PGD admission in Canada WITH HND CERTIFICATE

With an HND certification, her best option to show academic progression is going for a Post Graduate Certificate in an area of study that is in tandem with her previous education and/or current work experience.

Thank you so much for taking a time out to replay ... pls is it possible to get a PGD admission with HND CERTIFICATE AND which schools can the person apply to using her HND certificate?

First and foremost, i would like to congratulate you on your acceptance into a designated learning institution in Canada. Secondly, there are lots of drawbacks associated with applying with your entire family as most often, visa officers have this notion that such applicant is using study permit as a means to relocate with the family to Canada rather than educational advancement. In view of this submission, I will prefer you apply alone and upon the successful assessment (approval) of your application, you can apply for your child and spouse to accompany you to Canada. With this info on file, it will be much more easier to convince the visa officer that you're a bonafide student and would return to your family (spouse and kid) after studies. On second thought, if you're financially buoyant crowned with adequate ties (landed properties, buildings, investments in the bank etc), you can apply with your family. I can hardly count the number of successful applicants I know who filed for a family application and were approved of their visas. Conclusively, i will advice you utilize the NSE program when applying for your visa.

It will end in praise
Thank you so much Sir, If I apply alone and I get my visa, how soon can my Husband apply for SOWP, is it possible we all can leave together even when we apply seperately,my Son is just a year old, should I apply with my son, then my husband applies separately, pls I need clarification and you advice, I appreciate you all

Good day

Please as it concerns the medical test, I went through the qlife website to see what they actually screen for. I discovered: general medical history, physical examination, chest x ray, syphilis, urinalysis, serum creatinine and HIV.

Since these are the things they screen for, what is the fate of someone who is healthy but have hepatitis b?

I'm scared about my hepatitis b status. Should I keep quite since it was not listed in the tests to be carried out?
Feel free to tell the doctor about your hepatitis B status if you are asked, it won't affect your application.

The date will determine how cheap or expensive the flight will be.
Also, try to check the terms and conditions before booking any flight (if you intend to carry enough things from Naija) as some "very cheap" flight might not allow you to carry more than one luggage. Another thing you should consider is the stopover

It is possible to get PGD with HND if he has good grades. Going for ordinary certificate program might not be convincing enough as HND is higher than it

Thanks so much.
I will rather go for the PGD. I want to apply for electrical engineering do you know any university in Canada that one can apply? I will appreciate your guide

Secondly, I initially applied for masters thinking that I could go to master through the diploma that lead to Master but all the Canadian university said NO. My question is PGD not the same diploma that leads to Master

No it's not.. A diploma won't take you to a masters but a PGD can.

What you're saying on your CIC account is completely "Normal". When an application has been approved by IRCC, the profile of the applicant will still be reading "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements".

Nonetheless, upon the receipt of the counterfoil with the duration of your visa on your profile, the eligibility review and background check will be updated as completed with it's respective processing dates.

Watch out for the above changes soon!

It will end in praise

I will advise people with this issue should apply for their gcms note to know whatsup cos I doubt a decision has been taken if an approved application still says reviewing eligibility.

Good morning NL.

The 30 days period where an applicant waits if he/she doesn't have the documents needed to enroll into the NSE stream, will it be counted as part of the processing time?
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 18 by Amycanada(f): 11:09am On Jan 10, 2021
I can't apply to another school now. I'm not the one paying for the application fee. Initially,I was asked to make a choice and I chose CNA. Going back now, will make me look like am not serious and my sponsor won't even pay for the application fee. But,is there anyway the university can waive the application fee for me? Another thing; I want a school that offer an Agricultural course so that I won't be explaining why I'm changing course in my SOP. thanks

I will guide you with your immigration journey to Canada and with grace being by your side you will be successful. However, my professional advice for you is to seek admission at University of Regina than an undergraduate diploma at College of the North Atlantic, Newfoundland and Labrador. My reason being that your chances of approval success is very slim with the aforementioned College. I want to believe its because the school is cheap, hence you selected it as your preferred option. On the other hand, I'm giving you my own personal advice to ignore applying for your visa with the school. When you've successfully gained admission for a direct program at University of Regina, come back here for assistance and I'll gladly put you in the right direction.

Hi, we're in similar situation. I also have a degree in Economics and have applied for a Masters in Economics. I'm just hoping I'll get funding to reduce the burden of POF. As for hubby and kids I'll worry about that when i get there. I advice you do same too, just focus on building your POF if you can and pray for the best outcome with yourl application. Dear Queesmama03,

Please can u send me a mail. My email address is gorgeousasanat@yahoo.com, so we can share ideas since our situations are similar

As for the PGD thing, you can also apply for it since your masters application is still ongoing and nothing is certain yet(don't put all your eggs in one basket). If you eventually get your admission then we can advise you on what next to do. For now concentrate on securing admission.
Good luck

Thank you so much boss.

The area of last masters no get any specialisation. smiley I just chose 4 courses for classes, wrote exams and project and I was done. Unilag just help me write LLM on top the certificate. Shikena.

I guess I can say this one will specialise in research as it is thesis based, on victims of crime. I work as a prosecutor.

I will do as you have said and apply for the PGD too. At least one or two to be safe because Canadian admission for law can be incredibly competitive, even with my 2.1.

Ironically the pgd fees gan sef e dey expensive than the Universities I saw. Whats up with 14k for pgd when I saw less expensive Universities, with possible funding if you get admission.

Thank you for your advice.

I only composed a mail stating that. I am from Nigeria and Nigerians dont need IELTS to study in canada and I just want to do the programme ASAP and come back to Nigeria. I also started that the time frame was too short to prepare for IELTS so I'm not sure I can write it now. Lastly i pointed out that my school isnt requesting for IELTS, so it's not important in my case..I addressed to the anifowoshe office, v.i. and that's all, I uploaded it in the IELTS space and backed it up with faith...
