Our client, a Lagos based service and FMCG marketing company requires market activation and sales personnel to drive a product in the personal care/preventive healthcare product against a devastating vector responsible for Africa’s biggest health burden in the Lagos area. The details are as follows:
A) Market Development Executive (10Nos)- Full time appointment

i. Responsibilities: In-store

1. Consumer education
2. Consumer promotion
3. Merchandising
4. Sales drive

ii. Qualifications/Requirements:

• ND/WASC
• Canvassing and/or Market-activation experience/merchandizing experience
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
• Not more than 27 yrs
• Personal Drive
• Knowledge of the territory

iii. Location/Coverage:
1. Festac/Trade Fair/Ojo/Agbara/Igando
2. Chevron Onward: Ajah/Obadore/Sangotedo
iv. Compensation: Above Average monthly pay with Incentive that can drive income into 3-digits

B) Sales and Business Development Officers(2Nos) -Full time appointment
i. Responsibilities:
• Locating and identifying shops, supermarkets and outlet for in-store activities
• Supervise the in-store teams
• Sales to wholesalers and distributors in the cosmetic/personal care market clusters
• Market activation and sampling
ii. Qualifications/Requirements:

• BSc/BA/HND or ND with relevant experience
• FMCG sales experience andor Market-activation experience/Merchandizing
• 1-2 years relevant experience and track record of performance
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and Team-management skills
• Not more than 30 yrs
• Personal Drive and ability to work without supervision

iii. Location/Coverage:
2. Festac/Trade Fair/Ojo/Agbara/Igando
3. Chevron Onward: Lekki/Adesanya/Sangotedo
iv. Compensation: Above Average monthly pay with Incentive that can drive income easily into 3-digits
