This government can make one not to reason properly again, everything is done backwards. This is a governor in whose state innocent protesters were heartlessly massacred and their bodies stolen. Somebody that is supposed to be feeling remorseful. Giving him this award is an insult to the grieving families of the heroes that were slain at the Lekki toll gate only two months ago.
