21st December ASUU chapters meeting held nationwide on referendum on whether to continue or end the national industrial action. in the meeting, ASUU members were held hostage and forced to sign a form from the federal government to end the strike. in the form, the majority of ASUU members nationwide agreed that the strike be suspended. Hence, we await an official communique from ASUU National Chairman today for the official announcement of the suspension of the nine months industrial action. |
