No offense but a anambra is too dusty... Onitsha roads ain't that good too but don't Know about the rest part of anambra
bro come Awka and other parts...nnewi and co...the road network is the best...Anambra is not too dusty bro...when you talk about an air polluted state it's definitely not Anambra...go round Anambra and see for yourself

Most Northern States have good road network and it hardly spoil due to low amount of rainfall there.

I've not travelled much but i know of Ekiti very good including the villages
