Criminals are people who see ahead of the gullible citizens and uses the opportunity to their own selfish advantage.

These criminals are very desperate in everything they do.
So recently, the Government has decided to identify their citizens and will also link them through their phone lines.

This exercise will reduce the rate of kidnapping, murder e.t.c.
But until everyone is linked-up to all these, crime may continue.
This is why you see these criminals now get desperate to kidnap, kill and take as much money as possible before Government completes this exercise.

Presently everyone is supposed to be very vigilant till Government completes what they are doing.
But i know stup!d people will never heed to any reasonable advice until they are caught in the web, then the same stup!d person will blame Government.
As if government is your body guard or government has remote to your brain.
