At what point do we apply for recolonisation

Nigerians need the government to solve only 2 things. Unemployment and Power supply. Enemployment is a general world problem, we all know. But the rate of unemployment in Nigeria is too disturbing. Leave all these commitee of food and nutrition, it is not going to change anything.

Strategically, this could be achieved, from developed grassroots clusters of variety of agricultural produce, dairy, fishery, etc, through the Local Government Areas, in every state.
The states in turn can establish processing plants to preserve the produce in time of market saturation. The processed products can easily be moved interstate, or exported if produced to export specifications.
This is a form of job creation for the states, from the grassroots where the workforce is much.
However, the sincerity, and intergrity of participants at every stage / phase is crucial and of great importance, so that the overall interest is not jeopardized.
