I've been battling with my window 7 laptop since yesterday. I don't know the cause of this, whenever I click on any program window media player pop up insteàd. I've tried every way to no avail. But I trust my computer guru around here. Pls, how do I do this? |

Hi, buy a new disk and reinstall Windows, maybe Windows 10. |

Do a clean installation of windows 7 and you'll be fine. If your pc came with windows 7, it's advisable you stick with windows 7 to avoid compatibility issues on higher versions of windows. 2 Likes |
