There exists a position for my client the vacant position of a project Manager and an Architect

Project Manager
Prospective Candidate should have at least 10years experience in Refurbishments of Building Construction especially in high levels and low levels buildings.
Must have evidence of previous jobs done /track record
Professional membership an added advantage and must have a relevant degree.

Architect
The prospective candidate must have a B.sc / HND in Architecture.
Must also be efficient in the use of auto cad, 3D Production
Must have relevant experience on site.
Must be able to prepare scale drawing.
Plan layout of project.
Represent the organization in obtaining bids.
