POLITICAL PARTIES - CLOSE SHOP! STOP JOURNEY TO 2023 ELECTIONS NOW! - NINAS by DeltaFire: 8:25am On Dec 28, 2020
This is one of the 5 DEMANDS that Fed government must do with the Constitutional Force Majeure declared on 16th December 2020, for which government has 90 days to action them.

Briefly, Middle Belt & South are saying that we have Repudiated and rejected the imposed and illegitimate 1999 Constitution and will no longer live under it. Since political parties subscribe (agree to) to this 1999 Constitution and its life is renewed every 4 years by elections. Then political parties must CLOSE SHOP and stop their journey to general elections in 2023 so we can first find acceptable arrangements under which any possible future elections can take place.

Read my other posts on the 5 DEMANDS and you will know that first ethnic nationalities must have our own Referendums to decide if we even want to be in this terrible Union.

FIVE REASONS WHY POLITICAL PARTIES MUST NOW BE PERSUADED AND PREVAILED UPON TO CLOSE SHOP UNTIL THE EMERGENCE OF ACCEPTABLE CONSTITUTIONAL ARRANGEMENTS BY WHICH THE WINNER OF ANY NATIONAL ELECTIONS WILL GOVERN -NINAS
NINAS (Nigerian Indigenous Nationalities Alliance for Self-Determination)
December 28, 2020.

Important Points to Note:

(1) All the miseries and woes of Nigeria and Nigerians flow from the Imposed, Apartheid-Like, Fraudulent and Unworkable Unitary 1999 Constitution including the Widespread Killings, Insecurity, Mass Impoverishment , Massive Corruption, Unspeakable Impunity, Infrastructural Decay and General Hopelessness.

(2) The life of the 1999 Constitution is renewed once every four years ONLY by way of General Elections.

(3) Only Political Parties contest Elections and so Political Parties are basically responsible for renewing the life of the Toxic 1999 Constitution that Guarantees More Misery for the Masses but Humongous Personal Benefits for Political Office Holders and their Cronies.

(4) All Political Parties in Nigeria Subscribe to the Rogue 1999 Constitution as basis of the Distressed Union and its warped Democracy, at a time the Constituent Components of Nigeria have Repudiated that Constitution and are vehemently Rejecting it as the Basis of the Distressed Nigerian Federation. This being the case, it does not matter what Political Party wins Election under the 1999 Constitution, the result is the same : More Misery for the Masses and More Affluence for the Politicians.

(5) The Winner of any Elections under the 1999 Constitution will have to Swear to and Govern by the 1999 Constitution meaning the reinforcement of the Misery of the Masses, the Affluence of the Politicians and the Continuing Downward Plunge of the Country.

Taking Together (1) - (5) above, it is clear that the Most Viable Mechanism for Terminating the Misery of the Peoples of Nigeria is to halt the Further Renewal of the Life of the 1999 Constitution via Further National Elections in 2023 under the 1999 Constitution.

It follows therefore that if as the Indigenous Peoples of Nigeria we Truly wish to Bring an End to our Own Miseries, Bondage, Hopelessness and the Existential Threat Unitary Nigeria has become for us, the MOST URGENT TASK before us right now is to Prevail On All Political Parties Nigeria to IMMEDIATELY Close Shop and Halt the Voyage to another round of Renewal of the life of the 1999 Constitution in by way of another Ritual of National Elections in 2023. My Anything less will be tantamount to Endorsing and Facilitating our own Damnation and Extermination.

The December 16, 2020 Multi-Regional Constitutional Force Majeure
by NINAS (see full text on the www.freedomfromnigeria.com website), Offers a Clear Template and an Orderly Process for Undertaking the Inevitable Decommissioning of the Repudiated 1999 Constitution, and the Distillation of Successor Constitutional Protocols just as South-Africa had to do on 1990 to ease itself out the Apartheid Quagmire. The Fundamental Reconfiguration of the Distressed Federation cannot be deferred any Further as Nigeria currently heads to unstoppably to a catastrophic implosion. Please read and share the Proclamation.

These fools, so you have not been able to gather mere 5,000 signatures in your so-called petition since over two weeks in a country of over 200 million people? And you said you want to do what again? Bring down your zoo's constitution?
