What's his business with the staff of Federal Mortgage Bank? Those staff are hundred times better than his state civil servants but he will rather send them bafsnof rice when hunger and destitution are tearing his people apart.

How has his party affiliation changed his duty as a governor? Check the identity of most Ibo hawkers on the traffic, you will know why the state are against such donation instead of seeking for same from those he donated to the indigens, everything shouldn't always be politisized.
