Earthquake can be triggered to happen by man made activities like testing of missiles, nuclear plants, mining activities and others.
These activities causes the plates of the earth to make movement which occur naturally but can be triggered to happen.
There are locations in some countries that are along the fault line, so it occur often, residents are advised not to live in such locations.
Periodic warnings and awareness are issued.
Some countries lack the political will to purchase equipment for early detection and lack of trained personnel to create awareness.

Eg, If u are short, u will be fat or just very pretty facially

Now check out these European countries, they are gifted with tech ability, sound leadership, etc but they have the problem of natural disasters to combat..

Ghana is in Africa, the day earth quake will happen don't be surprised.
There was a pre warning in Croatia may be 100 years ago or so but no preparation to make sure people don't live in such areas in time to come.
