I like your thinking. Fatigue and mental astuteness is key here, some players just give up while others succumb to injury.

A players has 65% chance of winning his serve but I noticed for women it's actually not so(lower).
Now in inplays, I've experimented on a player winning serve 40-0,40-15-40-30 but still it hasn't really worked out unless the likes of Djokovic serve tho. Haha. Sure, I do not blame you of you choose to lock up your findings but maybe someday you'd open up and we gain together.
