Guys please help me, How do I kill this urge to keep betting after winning a reasonable amount in a day? I know its greed but what should I do?

example, yesterday alone, I turned 1k to 6k through basketball live betting, Using "roll over" method. but, I lost it all when I decided to try again to reach my 10k target. and it has been happening this way for a while..

I was only able to withdraw 10k twice using 2k, that was some weeks ago. Ever since then, I keep losing once it gets to 4k-7k.

should I stop rollover method? please advice is needed.
