I would advice you clear out your previous posts related to the app idea. You just gave out a great idea on a public thread man! Anyone can just come here and create the app and you won't gain shi shi... You can get someone to create the app for you on Upwork while you have an agreement for he/she not to divulge any info and only you will have exclusive rights to the project output... Good luck!
Or you use a website instead of an app

You'll need list of bookies the app should support and of course, multiple hands.
App like this need proper testing and good developers, it would take you a quite amount of time to build this.

Ads or monthly subscription could do for monetization.
