A 20-year-old man has been arrested by the Bauchi State Police Command. The man was nabbed for allegedly cutting off the private part of a six-year-old child for suspected ritual purposes, The PUNCH reports. The Police Public Relations Officer in the state, Ahmed Wakil, disclosed this in a statement made available to journalists in Bauchi on Friday.
