Oga that's a mixed Lhasa apso.
Ears are standing straight so it WS crossed by a different breed. Lhasas have fallen ears.

When dis dogs are pups you can't tell when buying until they start growing. I wanted lhasa, the breeder told me it was, it looked like dat as a pup. Guess the qst now is

what did they mix it with?
what breed should be the ideal mating partner?

I think it was mixed by a Maltese mine is a pure breed Maltese , white furr but the ears are different and her hair is excess, but they look alike so it might be

I grew up with Malamutes, they are plenty in the US. The one I had as a child(Frisky) was brown and white with blue eyes, she's gone now. I miss her so I have another Malamute, his name is Sky, he's 3 years old.
