'RIP Jackie Chan' shot to the top of Twitter's trending topics list, causing confusion amongst users of the social networking site. The false reports appears to stem from a fake website made to look like Yahoo!7News, an Australian news website. The URL of the fake report - pastehtml.com - gives the game away. The report claims he died of a heart attack in an LA hospital |

This what Jackie Chan wrote on his Facebook wall Jackie is alive and well. He did not suffer a heart attack and die, as was reported on many social networking sites and in online news reports.
