Since you say you are disciplined then do so by giving yourself some slack. You can start by limiting yourself to about probably three times in a week.
You can turn the rest of the time to gisting.
Also you can pay more time to studying the word of God.

Yes there medications you can use to lower your high libido. Just go to any standard Hospital to see a Nephrologist. I traditionally people use Potassium Bromide called "Jar Kanwa" in Hausa can help too. Find those Hausa people that sells herbs they can explain it to you better
