To help carry out PISTA Ltd’s (mostly benign) plans for world domination, we’re looking for talented Project-Based Computer Science Content Writers who go gaga over all things HTML, PHP, C#, C++, JavaScript, Python and CSS. You will be writing engaging computer science materials for students, researchers, and I.T world as a whole.

Responsibilities:

• Writing engaging articles for online publication.

• Creating user-friendly technical(How to) guides to accompany your content.

• Surfing the Internet for hilarious yet informative Computer Science content.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Math-related field with strong academic performance or equivalent real-world experience

• Knowledge of a variety of computer languages, including HTML, JavaScript, CSS,JAVA, PHP, Python, C#, C++ and other language.

• Familiarity with writing for non-academic audiences and ability to express computer science concepts in an engaging and approachable way

• An eye for detail and a knack for organization

• Competency in Microsoft Word

• Excellent writing and editing skills, including a good sense of humor

Preferred:

• Prior editing experience

• Computer Science Content experience

You can work from wherever you want (whenever you want, and also wearing whatever you want). This is a freelance, contractor position, and you’ll be paid per completed project.
