I have been going to zenith bank for the past 6 months to renew my ATM it either they say the crowd is too much or I came late

Today I went at exactly 8.00am and they said I was late. Is this how they operate?see people outside waiting to collect theirs

I went to another bank around 7:10am, I was given number 120 ...the people around isn't up to 50 sef...

I do hear one security calling someone, that he should come quick, e don reach his turn... I enter when 35 Person didn't answer
