What do u mean by school that doesn't accept Tuition, do u mean scholarships?

Some US and CANADIAN UNIVERSITIES exempt Nigerians from submitting the ELP.

I really don't know about undergraduate scholarships, I only know about Masters n PhD.

U can apply for a scholarship with a good GPA and at 200lvl.

Then u r only exempted from submitting ELP when u have completed 5 years/4yrs in a bachelor program
Or your country by default is listed to be an English speaking country..

Some few country accept Waec result to foot for English Language Proficiency, though..
Like Sweden.
There's an ongoing scholarship into Concordia university, Canada for undergraduates...

I'm very interested in a scholarship in Canada. I have been checking online for a while now.. I graduated last year. With a cgpa of 3.53 on a 4point scale.

I, like u, am searching for 1,too.
What I basically do is go to schools, scan through their professors list, and write professors that their research interest rhymes with mine.....
I've been doing that since last year. For both US and Canadian schools
