Yes the democrats complained and they had upper hand to do what Trump is trying to achieve now, they won the popular vote and the Russian claim was a big one too. They took their dissatisfaction to court, and they didn't back any insurrection action. Trump has done this with 61 courts, and all were nullified, he tried to sabotage the electoral college certification of Biden's win, he failed with that too.
Trump expecting Pence to overturned the decision at the house is insurrection, he shows he is not different from many of the African dictators that find it very hard to leave power. He is just being power intoxicated.
You lost in 61 courts, and you are claiming rigged. Kindly note ( many of the court cases were in GOP stronghold, which means his party people ought to influence it)
His tweet saying saying Pence doesn't have the courage shows what? He wants Pence to surrender to him rather than the constitution. For over 40 days, there has not been any verified claim of electoral fraud.
Lest I forget, GOP lost the Georgia two seats yesterday, that was a big loss for the GOP.

Your claim here is far from fallacy, you mean the GOP goes to court without any evidence where the judges that were appointed by GOP governors, and some 'people' are threatening them. Just do away with the conspired analysis. Which evidence are you talking about, mention it, is it over voting or illegal voters or what? GOP lost the Georgia seats yesterday due to Trump unverified claim. Anyway, Trump has accepted the reality and he is moving on already.
