Travel advisory warnings are usually against whole countries, not 'parts' of the countries.

It cannot be different in the case of the USA. Warnings against visits to specific states or cities can be included in the overall advisory.

Nigeria is Africa's biggest economy, and the US is her biggest trading partner.

It is incumbent on President Muhammadu Buhari to urge the Americans to embrace democratic values, and avoid a slide to political violence, chaos, and autocracy.
