A tanker conveying petroleum products exploded along Oshodi/Apapa expressway, Lagos State. The explosion occurred on both lanes around Toyota bus-stop inwards mile 2, along the expressway. It was gathered that the tanker was on motion when it fell sideways thereby discharging its content. As at the time of filing this report, emergency response teams were already on ground, though the Director-General, Lagos State Emergency Management Agency LASEMA, Dr. Olufemi Oke-Osanyintolu is yet to comment on the incident.
