Elon Musk is an entrepreneur, engineer and industrial designer. He was born on 28th June 1971 in Pretoria, South Africa to a South African father and Canadian mother. He developed an interest in computing at the age of 10. He attended the University of Pretoria for a brief period of time and moved to Queen’s University, Canada. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Physics form University of Pennsylvania in 1997. He started his PHD program in 1995 but dropped out after two days to start an internet business.
