Senator Akpabio Is Not Picking My Calls- Barr Ekpenyong Cries Out

A top serial blackmailer of Senator Godswill Akpabio, the Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, has cried out over the negligence by the Senator during the Court case and even after the court ruling against him. Leo Ekpeyong made this known to close associates that the Minister of Niger Delta Affairs has refused to pick his calls nor return his text messages regarding the court case.

Prior to the order made in Suit No. Hu/279/2019 between Deacon Udom Emmanuel (claimant) v Leo Ekpryong Esq.(Defendant) in the High Court of Akwa Ibom State of Nigeria in the Uyo Judicial Division Holden at Uyo. The Defendant, Leo Ekpeyong has been ordered to pay the sum of 1.5 billion Naira as the cost of damages to Governor Udom Emmanuel over the libelous publication he made in an online newspaper Metrodailyng.com.

The publication in the online newspaper carried that the Akwa Ibom State Governor, Deacon Udom Emmanuel had bribed the tribunal judges with over 1.5 billion dollars to secure judgements against the defeated Senator Akpabio his principal in the Akwa Ibom North West Senatorial District elections.

Leo Ekpeyong disclosed that the reason behind this act was to gain the trust of his principal and be in his good books only for him to meet his Waterloo.

After the October 2019 ordeal in the police custody, he didn't expect his principal to turn his back against him but sadly that has been his fate. To worsen his case, with the fresh judgement against him from the high court, Leo had to divulge his predicament and the treatment he was receiving from the man he did the spine chilling act for.
