Given your logic
At least whites protected white protesters

So why is our black police not protecting black protesters too, but the police and army are jointly killing them here

My logic is that institution are biased in judgement....Imagine segregating and treating Yoruba and Igbos differently during mob action.

Every institution has its flaws.. but America shouldn't be used as standard in any form. They have also failed

Shame on PDP.
The worst opposition party in the history of Nigeria.

About transparency in elections...
This can only happen because we have a President that makes everyone vote count, unlike what our darling country has been used to for 16 years of failure.

Good to see you guys know the kinda good man you've got as a President that you can even vouch for him.

When would you grow out of foolishness and deep-seated hypocrisy?
When would you grow out of foolishness and hypocrisy.
Now, that is integrity at it's peak.
That is one of the things dad will be remembered for in this nation for many many years to come.

Let's give you more insight........

It is a always good and refreshing to see that we have a President who does not intervene in the rule of law.

From Corruption, down to politics, Our darling Daddy always allow the rule of law to take charge...

Memory lane........
Elections In Nigeria now,
There is no need to fear.
Why? Because the will of Nigerians will not be subverted. Never! A President once told us in this country that the coming polls would be do or die.
Not with President Buhari.
Fair is fair.
No foul play.
Under his watch, his political party, the All Progressives Congress (APC) has lost gubernatorial elections in Bayelsa(now twice), Oyo State, Edo State, Zamfara state and Anambra states.

At the last Council of States meeting, Gov Willie Obiano publicly registered his appreciation to President Buhari, for the level playing ground he made available during the election in his state. With do or die apostles, and a certain political party in power, such would never happen. Not with their garrison mentality. All states are territories that must be conquered, willy-nilly.

APC has won gubernatorial positions under Buhari in Kogi, Ondo and Edo states, (Now losing same Edo again) The victories were fair and square.
The party lost in Bayelsa (twice), Zamfara, Oyo, Anambra etc.
This President would never manipulate victory for anyone, not even his own party.
And you ask us not to trust him?
We will, and no mistake.

God bless our darling Daddy President Muhammadu Buhari.
God bless Nigeria.

The likes of FFK who like to trigger the crowd, using the BIble to whip up sentiments against fellow citizens, acting as ig he had direct consort with God, lying about the outcomes of elections, prancing about like untouchables, should be the ones to learn from the tarnishing of democratic principles.

If PDP had done all what he is advising now, we won’t be in this state in Nigeria. It’s so easy to see the log in the eyes of others. What about your own eyes?

Take the message not the messenger!

This message is not just for the APC alone but also for the PDP or any other political party in Nigeria.

We need to build strong institutions and not powerful individuals.

The recent and ongoing upheaval in the US is a test for those institutions responsible for upholding the rule of law and not those of powerful individuals or cabals.

I appreciate your decorum in presentation of your point.

What I'm trying to tell you is that, as far back as 1914 amalgamation, Nigeria was laid on a shaky foundation.

Check it out, before the advent of PDP & APC, do you know how many political parties we have had?

From first Republic till this Fourth Republic, what values have they added? So, don't let's us put blame on the foot of the offsprings of the faulty foundation.
Thanks!
I see your point, I've given up on this country. It's just a matter of leaving.

They are still a standard because their institutions stood against Trump.
The police and army controlled by Trump stopped the protesters which is not the same here where thieves entered the national assembly and took the mace without the police stopping them.
And the mace thief was later rewarded with the title of the deputy senate president

Enemies of Nigeria want to destroy our democracy: Nigerians must rise to defend our democracy

Trumpers Protest in America is called insurrection. This is what happened immediately:

-Curfew was declared immediately

-Police and security were sent immediately

-A woman was shot dead by the police

-Protesters were arrested

-Trump facebook, twitter and U-Tupe account remain blocked to stop fake news and safe America from crisis to protect their democracy

-The opposition Republican party have condemned Trump and are calling for his immediate resignation or outright impeachment. The President of America is sacrificed: we are not talking of hoodlums in Nigeria that were encouraged to burn Nigeria

But in Nigeria 'Protesters' are free to burn down courts, public assets, kill and eat Police officers, blockade roads for days

The protesters even called for regime change, petitions were sent to ICC, fake news was peddled and propagated by Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, U-Tube, top American politicians aligned with protesters and encouraged the destruction of properties by hoodlums calling them peaceful protesters

Nothing of what happened in Nigeria was experienced in America yesterday, yet CNN and American Congress are calling the protest a violent one, in fact an inssurection

It took almost 10 days before Governor Sanwoolu declared curfew. Just a few hours of protests and invasion of Capitol Hill and the Mayor has declared curfew.

Do Nigerians want a country? Will Nigerians allow the West to destroy our democracy? Will we continue to give undeserved respect to western media and their propagandist to destroy our democracy? Should we allow opposition to destroy Nigeria because they were rejected in the polls? You can't be a true Nigerian and hate our democracy. Nigerians must stand to defend our democracy

Joseph Odok PhD Esq

What democracy do we have that u say d west wants to destroy? Kindly tell me. Who are d propagandists u are referring to? If u can tell me what d democracy u are referring to is, then we can actually put in context claims that some people want to destroy our democracy & Nigeria. Who is a true nigerian? Can u shed light on that?

Endsars protesters didn't call for regime change. They called for d resignation of d president & they were well within their rights to do so. U are talking about democracy, yet u don't no d difference between regime change & a call for d resignation of d president. U are talking of democracy yet u don't no that citizens can ask for their president to resign& they are well within their rights to do so. U are accusing Twitter of fake news& u are talking of democracy in Nigeria. Isn't d same Jack Dorsey who is using Twitter to take on d president of d US without repercussion? Does that sound like ur nigerian democracy?

U are accusing others of peddling fake news when u are infact peddling fake news. If I remember vividly, it was d same nigerian army that denied Twitter posts, pictures & videos of it's men at lekki on d night of d 20tg of October, 2020 calling it fake news. Only for d same army to swallow it's vomit later on.

Can u kindly name d top American politicians who "encouraged the destruction of properties by hoodlums" during d endsars protests? Since u have mentioned this, can u tell us y hoodlums were attacking & killing peaceful protesters in Abuja, Lagos, oshogbo& Benin? Was it d protesters who organised hoodlums to kill themselves? Who provided logistics for these hoodlums?

https://www.thecable.ng/breaking-hoodlums-killed-endsars-protesters-in-benin-says-obaseki/amp

According to u:

"It took almost 10 days before Governor Sanwoolu declared curfew."

From d first day to d tenth day of d Lagos endsars protests, how did d protesters conduct themselves? On d day that d curfew was declared, what happened in Lagos that led to d declaration of d curfew and what time of d day did it happen?
