After eating much food rich in carbohydrate and drinking a lot soft drinks this festive season, I decided to check my blood sugar level and it read 86. Pls is it too high, or low or moderate? Thank for your response |

If after taking those things u mentioned above and ur blood sugar really reads 86 then you worry for nothing |
