Job title: Head IT / Business Innovation

Responsibilities

Articulate and Manage IT / Business Innovation Strategy of the firm
Liaise with Business Managers and Leaders to identify business areas and processes that require improvements regularly.
Resolve business problems with the use of technology.
Improve business process efficiency.
Provide leadership for the IT team and up-to-date technology-related advisory to Executive Management.
Other tasks assigned by Executive Management.

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of experience in the same or similar roles
Experience in business processes improvement and innovation
Great analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent IT Skills
Minimum of a BSc in a related field
Excellent communication skills
