With plans already in place to carry out mass vaccination why are they still spending huge.

Are expecting a doomsday or are the vaccine just another scam.

Covid-19 patients are not the only ones who need oxygen within the hospital settings! A lot of other Patients with respiratory disorders such as Asthma, COPD, Emphysema (severe form of COPD), CVD patients, even moribund patients in the ICU, certain head and neck surgeries requiring GA, most open heart surgeries, some neonates in NICU etc all need oxygen.

So, covid-19 or not, this is a laudable project for those of us in the health sector who understands the impact of oxygen shortage in our canisters across various units and wards!
