Construction started even before APC came on board, it will still be under construction for unknown number of years .. this road has been on construction over 25 years |

This road has been going on since 1999. Those asking what the SE will gain by being on their own should take a look. I am 100000000000000000000000000% sure that this road and Enugu- PH road would have been 100% completed, if not any other roads...if the area had autonomy, even as Catalonia in Spain. |
