Thanks for always dropping nuggets of wisdom that we can tap into on Nairaland.

I have driven my 2008 Honda Crv for 7 years now and I wish to buy another car, i don try nau.

So I have seen two cars now that piqued my interests:

1. Lexus RX350 2009 foreign used

2. Toyota Rav4 2015 Nigerian used.

They are around the same price range.

I am attracted by the the recent year of the Toyota Rav4.

Please help give advice on what I should opt for. I am a lady and apart from research, I really dont know much about cars. Research findings are mixed.

I would go for the Lexus, it's more luxurious, and it is foreign used.

The Lexus should serve you better.
The Lexus is more luxurious, it is also more abundant here.

Cons-
RAV4 has better fuel economy 24mpg to the Lexus 18mpg (Miles per gallon)

Pros-
Adaptive cruise control, illuminated vanity mirrors and Compas are available in the Lexus none of these in the RAV4.
Lexus have the steering wheel and gear shift knob wrapped in leather. In the RAV4 the material is Urethane.
12volt Power outlets in the Lexus is 3. The RAV4 has 2.
The glovebox of the Lexus is lighted. Not so for the RAV4.
The Lexus has both front and rear map lights. The RAV4 only have it at the front.
Lexus have "Auto-Dimming Day/Night mirror.
The Lexus is slightly longer and wider that the Rav although it's also slightly not as tall as the Rav

Hello everyone, I decided to drop this here just incase luck finds me, I've been in search for good suv since one week now, my top 2 is first the lexus RX350 2010 above or the new design own with the mouse, and my second option is Toyota highlander from 2010 the new design, my main point are leather seats, factory tinted, Thumbstart, reverse/android screen, but the money to buy a 9ja used Lexus RX350 is same amount to buy a Tokumbor Toyota highlander 09 and so, between 4-5m, please advise me, is it worth buying a 9ja used Lexus RX350 for that huge money rather than buying tok highlander? And my third option I'm seeing now is acura mdx 08-10 models, I hear its a very good car also and looks nice and its way cheaper, please share your opinion or suggestions, and one of the main reasons I'm buying jeep is because of bad road too, sango ota Road is terrible with bad roads, so the suv gats to be good with the road, please call or message me on
