Hello Everyone!!!

I am currently working on a research thesis regarding Nigerian ethnic dress. I am trying to understand why Nigerians seem keep a strong cultural background. I have know a few Nigerian people and they are second and third generation, however they still wear all the traditional ethnic clothing. I think this is a great thing, but I am trying to figure out why other cultures such as Hispanics do not keep that strong ethnic identity.  I have a strong interest in the Nigerian culture and thus is the reason for my research any input I can get would be of great help.
