Responsibiities
Maintain a working knowledge of the various products
Establish and nurtue relationships with clients to facilitate sales
Develop and implement sales strategies
Recommend and select products for clients based on their needs

Requirements
Strong communication skills
Passionate about meeting and managing clients
Have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business administration or any related course
Hands on experience and good knowledge of paint, kitchen and bathroom products is an added advantage
Proven sales experience is a plus
Working hours is 3pm-10pm


ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Responsibiities
Design Electrical systems from concept through completion
Prepare specifications for purchase of electrical materials
Establishing construction installation standards or specifications
Work with contractors, surveyors and building service engineers to bring designs to fruition

Requirements
Good understanding of electrical principles and concepts such as design and interpretation of electrical engineering drawings and electrical wiring skill
Understand designing, maintaining, implementing and improving electrical instruments
Have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or any related course
COREN certified and have a minimum of 8 years experience in similar role.

SITE ENGINEER

Responsibiities
Oversee construction phases of projects and specify the materials needed
Manage construction budget by monitoring project expenditures, implementing variances and implementing corrective actions as approved by project director
Supervising construction of buildings to ensure projects meet deadline, stay on budget, and adhere to the original vision for the design
Selecting, evaluating, monitoring and controlling performance of sub-contractors
Work with contractors, surveyors and building service engineers to bring designs to fruition


Requirements
Have a Bachelor's degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering, or any related course
COREN certified and have a minimum of 6 years experience in similar role.

Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with data strorage system
Maintain a perpetual inventory of forms, office supplies, and various types of equipment
Plan and perform work that involves ordering, receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading, packing, shelving, labeling, pricing and delivering

Requirements
Passionate about meeting and managing customers, suppliers and distributors
Good knowledge of Excel worksheets
Good knowledge of warehouse management procedures and best practices
Have a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Social science or any related course
Have a minimum of 4 years experience in similar role.
