I have a samsung galaxy J4 plus i havent used for a year plus cos the screen was damaged. I just got a replacement screen today. The problem is, the phone hangs occasionally and i want to reset it. I no longer use that e-mail and have forgotten the password. HOW DO I GO ABOUT? Any suggestion? |
