Yesterday I saw a lady driving an old Mercedes Benz, maybe returning from church, with about 10 little children cramped up in the car.
When she stopped to drop off some of the kids I noticed she couldn't park properly out of the road.
A learner shouldn't drive a car without a qualified instructor and there MUST be no other passenger in the car.
Sometimes i see learners doing school run too.

You are right bro, if we have a functional govt this wouldn't happen. the driver shouldn't even be behind that wheel in the first instance.
Almost every one has a drivers license even my old grand ma in the village. No regulation, no attempt to make it work.

What an unfortunate incident
The major cause of accidents on Nigerian roads is not the bad roads, but the bad drivers both public transport and private cars.

I will continue saying this, let those you're teaching Graduate from field first before taking them to the street then when they graduate from the street, you can take them to remote road, remote road to busy road then to express road
