Couple Cries After Losing Their Baby Due To Negligence of Nurses At General Hospital In Lagos.

This is really a sad news and seriously this report should be thoroughly investigated and necessary health workers that guilty of this case should be severely punished.

According to report reaching us from a viral video posted by a nigerian woman, this unknown Nigerian couple loses their baby due to negligence of the nurses at Randle General hospital surulere Lagos.

According to the woman, she spotted making a video and telling other patient at the hospital to go to another clinic for proper care of their children.

She reveals that, after br£ast feeding her child, the nurses had earlier come to take blood sample of the little kid, thereafter she noticed the child is unable to breath well, thereby calling the nurses attention. Meanwhile the nurse told her the doctor was not around, they didnt attend to the child, after some minutes the child died.

The couple were seen crying bitterly in the viral video posted as the husband was trying to pet his wife after loosing a child due to doctor and nurse negligence.

What's do you think government should do to this kind of situation that happens almost every time in the country.

Really sad situation and I sympathise with the couple. Very painful.

However, the caption is a bit at variance with the actual situation in our hospitals or clinics.

She reveals that, after br£ast feeding her child, the nurses had earlier come to take blood sample of the little kid, thereafter she noticed the child is unable to breath well, thereby calling the nurses attention.

The nurses had done their best, the rest is for the doctors, who, unfortunately were not present.

A nurse is not allowed to prescribe drugs or assist a patient beyond first aid.

As far as I'm concerned, the blame goes to the hospital management for either dearth of doctors or loose management of available doctors.

While it is sad that a dear one is lost, it is also bad to endanger the job of the nurses who are being guided by medical regulations and restrictions.

embarassed embarassed Welcome to the Nigerian health sector, no wonder their leaders and their families fly out of the country whenever they have health issues. A country that don't take human life seriously, broken unserious nation led by a cow.
