A Deputy Registrar of the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) Ondo State, Dr. Amos Arijesuyo, has been reportedly killed by suspected bandits on Sunday night, January 17.

Dr. Arijesuyo was attacked by the armed bandits while driving in his personal vehicle along the Ilesa-Akure road.



A statement by the Deputy Director, Corporate Communications of the university, Adegbenro condemned the attack on the Registrar and prayed for the repose of his soul.
