Godwin Obaseki attended UI and graduated (he did both). The matter is how he came up with two different certs from the same institution? The UI cert he submitted for 2016 elections is different from the one he submitted for 2020 elections

UI giving you a certificate does not matter if the one you presented is different from ehat you were given.Why do you think universities ask students to provide waec scratch cards to confirm if the certificate they brought is exactly the type waec gave them?.
