Our body system works like Plant; the only difference is that plants grow and have enough essential nutrients for their development. So plants also fall sick and die just like we humans. I know this might sound funny.
Plants fall sick and die because they don't have the essential nutrients and needful precautions. The same goes for the human system.
The amount of food we eat every day has some things to do to the body, so we need to be very careful with what we eat daily.
Thousands of people have died due to inappropriate food consumption.
In this article, I will discuss the food you need to stop consuming to avoid side effects if you want to stay healthy.
These are the foods you need to stop consuming.
Juice has no fiber at all, and fiber is an essential substance that reduces the amount of sugar we consume.
If you take any juice that has no Fiber, you are taking too much sugar, which might cause some damages to your body system.
You should take fruits rather than taking juice that has no fiber in it. If you continue to take juice that has no fiber, you are practically killing yourself gradually.
(2) packaged meat and fish
A packaged meat and fish looks very attractive, but we don't know how the seller cooked it, and you don't know the ingredient in it. Most of the ingredients used in preparing these foods are not food substances. They are a dangerous substance that could be colorant and preservative.
These chemicals used in preparing these foods are very harmful, and they might cause some side effects in your body system. They are not safe; you should prepare your meat and fish yourself rather than buying a ready-made one because you don't know how they are cooked and packaged. Ready-made foods are hazardous.
If you've been buying canned foods like corned beef, sardines, hot dogs, and many more, you need to start avoiding them because they are very harmful. These foods can cause some deadly diseases like cancer.
(3) soft drinks
You need to be conscious of the kind of drink you buy outside. Some soft drinks cause deadly diseases like obesity, liver failure, cancer, and many more.
Some of these drinks have no single nutrition; they cause a lot of harm to our body system. If you take a lot of sugary drinks, they are chances of getting prostate cancer.
Just a single bottle of coke contains about 15 cubes of sugar, and that's very harmful.
(4) margarine foods
Margarine has a lot of fat in it. Margarine develops a lot of bad cholesterol and reduces it with a good one. Abnormal cholesterol attracts inflammation and some other disease in the body.
Foods like popcorn, snacks, doughnut, crackers contain a very high amount of margarine. It will help if you avoid them.
Before you eat any food like biscuits, snacks, and so on, if you want to take any snacky food:
Make sure you go through the ingredients to know if it has margarine.
If it does, don't take it because it's harmful.
Don't take food that has margarine.
