CP RIVERS STATE COMMISSIONS ULTRA MODERN POLICE STATION DONATED BY VICTORIA CREEK GARDENS ESTATE AT THEIR GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY

The Rivers state commissioner of police, Mr Joseph Mukan was glad to commission an ultra modern 14 rooms police station proudly donated by the MD/CEO of Victoria creek gardens estate Mr Michael Amadi Orwu at the groundbreaking ceremony for the Victoria Creek Gardens 2 (VGC2) in Port-Harcourt over the weekend.

The Police Station is in close proximity to the VCG2 and the Port Harcourt International Airport and is intended to serve the Omuoda community in the Ikwerre local government area as a corporate social responsibility and service to the state and Nation at large.


The Ikwerre Local Government Chairman - Engineer Samuel Nwanosike, the Surveyor General - Noel Elenwo, representatives from host communities (Omuoda and Mbodo) and other state and local officials were present at the groundbreaking ceremony for the Victoria Creek Gardens 2; an enormous project targeted at contributing to the improvement of the housing system in Port Harcourt and by extension, boosting the local economy with its peculiar feature to ensure an exhaustively luxurious lifestyle for its future residents. This construction is under the supervision, inspection, and direction of Ampal Constructions Nigeria Ltd. who have guaranteed the completion and readiness of the VCG2 by January 2023.

The local government chairman, Engr. Samuel Nwanosike, was very delighted as he spoke, he expressed utmost gratitude to the MD/CEO VCG for such an ingenious initiative to bring development and growth to the area. He referenced the support of the community members to the initiative and also stated their willingness to provide support to ensure the completion and longevity of the VCG2. He also gave his full support and blessings.

VCG2 is not only providing quality homes for future home-owners, but also is providing a platform for investors and providing direct value to the community with a plan for 600+ housing units, 24hours power supply, an international franchise hotel, a police station, a magnificent shopping mall, a standard creche, botanic gardens, a fire station, a cinema,and recreational facilities for children & adults, and many other impressive features to ensure quality living conditions at obtainable costs with blue-chip offers to encourage buyers and investors.

I know this area Wella, it's a bypass from alele/pH road. It runs through ubima and then connects Back at owerri/ alele road. It's a short cut from pH/owerri. OSPAC has very nice security network everywhere at d ubima community and it's axis. Dem no born person well to rob/ kidnapp there Daz y drivers dey divert. From owerri /alele road through ubima and then enter pH outskirts through airport. But if u travel direct through owerri/alele to pH meeeen, carry ur heart in it mouth o. That forested road is rigged by kidnappers, ritualists and armed robbers
