Hi guys. Sorry I posted this in the wrong category, but answers aren't coming from tech category. Please I need help. I bought my a20s Samsung at a shopping mall with no return policy, I have been buying phones there before without any issue. But this phone now, for almost a year, it randomly restarts at any time of day or night. I've tried everything on Google, formatted, wiped cache etc. Even after formatting or in safe mode it still restarts at will. Please has any one else faced this before and what can be done to stop it. It's very embarrassing.
