ParaPay is a digital banking platform, with the aim of providing financially underserved access to a wide range of financial services. Providing businesses and individuals in hard-to-reach areas, with access to various products to make banking a smoother, quicker process.

Job brief:
The position is for a Customer Service Officer (CSO), and it involves providing exceptional customer service with accuracy and professionalism. As the first point of contact for clients, the CSO will endeavour to answer the telephone and web-based inquiries in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner.
The customer service officer will be computer savvy, and able to respond to customers through various avenues (telephone, web-based, through social media, etc). The right candidate will have an excellent understanding of basic financial practices and issues that may arise in day-to-day banking transactions.

Responsibilities:
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Job Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree / HND / OND qualification.

Location: Candidate needs to be located in Abuja.
