Good day... Pls ...I sold my house ...so the buyer needed to change the paper to their name... There were issues because when I bought it... I didn't change it to my name... So I paid almost a million naira for paper and now... the said housing are asking for another 1.2million..they say the money is for writing of letter....
I don't understand pls I need advice..abeg
