Duration of fast:
Category A: 6am to 12pm daily
Category B : 6am to 3pm daily
Category C : 6am to 6 pm daily
Category D: Dry fasting for the 3 days
Category E: One hour daily. Children, old people pregnant women and those on medication are in this category.

Each person to choose the category convenient for him/her.
