It's like an African-Dutch-Spanish vibe. And mind you, I don't even really care about single family homes (I have no interest in owning one).

I haven't seen a building cost quote that I believe yet. But I suspect it costs 30k - 70k USD to build. And I think that price could allow up to a 2-story, 5-bedroom home.
