They have come again o, invictus 2.0... you suddenly out of the blues got a million dollar contract to supply mineral stones to a certain company in china... Hahaha... Oga be specific, which one be mineral stones and which company so that we can research.
Why can't these people just stay away from the limelight.
Real estate my ass

It is only a matter of time before he is nabbed.

Instead of them to lay low and enjoy their ill-gotten wealth in peace, they would be hugging the limelight.

Anyway, it is a curse.

The curse always drives them to do things that would get them caught and put away.

The story no jive. If he was 16 when he joined his brother in business, went into mining at around 18/19yrs and travelled to Hong Kong at 19/20yrs, When did he now attend the University. What did he do in Hong Kong that he suddenly became rich. How much did he use to go into mining because we all know the high cost of investing in mining operations. What was he mining? Before you say GOD bless your hustle, know the hustle. That's how invictus obi bamboozled us all. Giving inspirational talks about investing young thereby making hardworking and smart youth look lazy

Legally? Bro, I'm not disputing it, but trust me, there's something else behind that story... Having to get linked up to that level isn't easy, even the real Estate men in naija are worth how much and consider their ages.. The contract he got from China, what's the name of the company? If I were him and asked that same question, I would make make mention of the company.. Emagune getting a contract from glo, would you not mention it in your statement? We know what most guys do in Hong Kong, I had friends deported from there.. Back then, we would beg them to show us the way, they would tell us they got a link with some Hong Kong guys and that's how they send cars home and sell them.. But truth be told, how many cars are being sold a day? A day came, the story reached home they'd been arrested for fraud.. I have no business with what they do, but I think all those listed above are portfolio offices..
I wonder because the way they brag about making money keep surprising me as if they have two heads.
thanks bro

I dey tell o, he's telling mineral stones to children, where did he mine them? which in particular? Which company was supplied? Just a million dollar contract like that? Why didn't it continue? Reminds me of e-money saying he got a 30million dollar contract out of the blues too. This dude is using real estate to clean the money
He probably ran back from Hong Kong when the noose was tightening.

The problem is that they even wrote the story like an illiterate blogger.
When did he enter school, when did he finish, what is the name of the Chinese company that gave him his first contract, how did he raise substantial funds then to execute the contract, etc.
His story might have some elements of truth, but if I am to go by this Forbes account,I would even be more suspicious.
The story no clear at all

I tell you the story no add up at all. Even the schooling sef no make chronological sense.

The turning point in his life was between 2010 to 2011 when he visited his elder brother in Lagos. After two time visits he decided to join his brother in his business where he made a substantial savings and ventured into mining business.
Everything moved into greater heights after he got his first million dollar contract with a Chinese company to supplied mineral stones.

Thereafter he traveled to Hong Kong for business and later returned back to Nigeria and established Prince Luxury Group in 2016 which has now become one of the fattest growing company in real estate sector, his company specialises in Morden residential Homes in Lagos, Abuja and other parts of the country.

At

16 when he visited his brother and bla bla bla he ventured into mining and before he was 20 got a million dollar contract from a chinese company to supply mineral stones.

Lol.
exactly. It takes a matured reasoning to figure this out.

Real estate is just perfect for money laundry. The signs are all over the guy, he’s another Invectus Obi. His story does not add up at all. They don’t ever learn to keep quite when they hit it big. He has now exposed himself to local and international scrutiny.

1.He started a recharge card business at age of 14.
2. Visited his brother in Lagos and join him in his business, then save some money to start a mining business.
3. Has a million dollar contract with Chinese company.
4. Travelled to Honk Kong and came back to start a real estate business.

All within a space of 10 years.

I reserved my comments after a space 5 years, I will revisit this trend.

You forgot to add that he also found time to finish a degree in Political Science while running a multi-million dollar company . . . the timelines dont add up, but I wish him good luck with his money / image laundering.

This guy is a fraud.

Now let me explain

1. If at all you see anyone, who is not from a royal family, DISPLAYING wealth excessively, then it's either the person is an entertainer (lives by the show) or the person is a fraud. Check out a of our "Later Caught" "Young Billionaires", they have the same and the very same pattern.

2. You may think that I'm being negative, but you see, we have a country whose economy it self doesn't permit (powerfully resist) startup or growth. Most business who are thriving are actually business that have thrived.

So, nobody should take us for fools. It is in itself foolishness to earn money dubiously and then show off.

Watch out for a police arrest in the next coming months. A guy, who is not into tech, wakes up to say that he enter REAL ESTATE and then ventured into MINING, and within a short time (probably less than 5 years) he is a forbes guy. Don't worry. We are waiting for your story.

Foolish people will not realize that there have been other people in the business and yet haven't grown like that. But someone wakes up and tells you that he don make am. And you go drooling over the thread. Nigerians sef tire me

Oga. There is no way on earth that guy has one billion dollars. Most billionaires dont have cash it's the value of their portfolio that makes up the amount.

What company stock does he own that is valued at one billion dollars even 500mill. Or you believe he has that amount in cash?

It clearly states up there he's worth "$4 Million” which translates to him being a billionaire in Naira. Even Messi the Demi god ain't a Billionaire. P. Diddy didn't and still hasn't hit a Billion dollars. So please pay that fellow no mind.
