-- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.
-- Resolve administrative problems.
-- Answering telephone calls and passing them on.
-- Managing appointments.
-- Oversee and supervise the work of junior staff.
-- Coordinating repairs to office equipment.
-- Greeting and assisting visitors to the office
-- Photocopying and printing out documents on behalf of other colleagues.
