No, they shouldn't even try it. The day SE governors adopt ESN is the day they will lose focus and die.

Once they adopt ESN, you will start hearing the same tales by moonlight we keep hearing from the SW about documents fulani herdsmen, banning children from herding cattle, banning night grazing and other rubbish that won't change anything.

They should dey there dey Biko, ESN does not need adoption.
